Privacy Policy

Account: your email address, verification status and sign-in identifiers, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).

Usage: the analyses you run, parlays you build, picks you save, and the stakes, odds, sportsbook names and notes you choose to enter.

Billing: your subscription plan and status. Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers.

Technical: request logs (IP address, browser, timestamps, request ids) kept for security and debugging.

To run the Service: authenticate you, enforce plan limits, compute and store analyses, grade saved picks against final box scores and build your dashboard.

To bill you and keep your plan in sync with Stripe, to secure the Service, and to fix problems. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting) and Render (API hosting) process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We share data with others only if required by law.

We use the cookies our authentication provider needs to keep you signed in. Your parlay draft is kept in your browser session storage and is cleared when you sign out or switch accounts. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Saved picks and analyses are kept while your account is active so your history and dashboard stay complete. You can delete any saved pick from History at any time.

If you delete your account, it is marked deleted immediately and your personal data is removed or anonymized, except where we must keep billing records by law.

You can access and update your profile through your account, delete saved picks, cancel billing, or ask us to delete your account. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights (for example under the CCPA or GDPR); contact us to exercise them.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
